These are all the pages I’ve done for the Wonder Woman concept thus far.  I’ll just add things here  as I continue.

Since it’s a concept, I only provide bits and pieces of the art.  Here’s a synopsis to fill in the blanks:

1. Batman is taken hostage by Darkseid and forces Wonder Woman to come to his world, Apokolips, if she wishes to save Batman.  (It’s commonly accepted in DC lore that Wonder Woman and Batman have a thing for each other)

2. Darkseid’s homeworld, Apokolips, is a planet consumed by hatred.  Darkseid manipulates that hatred in his favor, and it warps the minds of his followers.  Superman warns Wonder Woman of this ability before she sets off through a wormhole that connects Earth and Apokolips.    

3. Upon getting there, Darkseid wants to cut a deal: if she aids Darkseid, he’ll set Batman free.  However, Darkseid’s plan is to rid the Earth of the human race who he feels has disrespected his sense of honor.  He feels they disrespect Wonder Woman as well, whose island of Themyscira is inhabited by an ancient race that places peace above all things.
